Submit financial data

If you are an organisation who receives funding from the Department for Education (DfE), you can use this service to:

  • submit financial data for your financial health assessment
  • upload relevant financial documents
  • gain an indicative health grade

You do not need to take any action after receiving your indicative grade, as it may change once your data is reviewed by DfE.

Before you proceed, make sure that you are the authorised person to submit financial data for your organisation.

Financial data to prepare

You'll need to provide financial data about your organisation, and its ultimate UK parent company, if applicable.

The data we require can be found in the full, signed financial statements.

You can read further guidance about the financial health assessment requirements here.

How this data will be accessed and used

This service provides a secure and single location to submit your data. It requires the submission of personal data.

DfE uses this data to determine a financial health grade, which helps measure the risk of engaging in contracts with organisations.
